FLASH from SOM (sanctity of marriage) front: Brittany Spears reportedly married her childhood friend on a DARE in Las Vegas over the weekend. Apparently, the "girl next door" Spears was a little, shall we say, tipsy when all this took place. They, Spears and the unfortunate man who was suckered into the arrangement, are seeking an annulment. However, the courts don't necessarily have to grant them their wish. The courts could say that their behavior makes a mockery of the court system, blah, blah, and let them "stew" for awhile, until they can get a divorce. I don't know the in's and out's of this, but I know what I wish. I was watching Fox News this morning and George Wendt (Norm from Cheers) was on the program. Comments were made regarding this episode and George and the crew laughed about it, calling it a "lark". Will someone please stop this rollercoaster, I am about to throw up! Have a wonderful Monday!
